Adequate stay with notable issues

convenient locationmissing utensilsuncleanliness
The location suited my needs because it was near public transport.
The room I received lacked essential amenities. There were no plates or utensils, so even preparing a simple sandwich was impossible. I had to request items from reception, and they arrived in a cardboard box with questionable cleanliness. The room lacked a scourer to clean anything. This made washing anything difficult. some items were missing from the box entirely.

The staff was super friendly. the self-service laundry was very useful. It allowed me to pack light. i also appreciated the included breakfast. it was a relaxing way to start each morning.
I noticed the room could use a more thorough cleaning. There were some spider webs. i also found it inconvenient that housekeeping was not offered . asking for fresh towels was like a burden.

the breakfast had a lot of choice. the coffee machine in the room used capsules. you need to get any other utensils you require in the lobby, for instance a bigger glass.

My room was spacious. it included a private kitchenette. blackout curtains were a nice touch, balancing the large windows that let in a lot of sun. I found the bed super comfy.

the room wasn't super clean unfortunately. i noticed some hairs in the bathroom (not mine i swear!). also, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak (like, barely a trickle, really) making it hard to wash my hair properly.
